The stripes really pop against a white tablecloth, and the paper is sturdy enough to survive a full holiday dinner without tearing. I cut some shorter pieces to run across each place setting and it gave the whole table a festive, cohesive look that guests noticed right away.
Rolled one down the whole table for Christmas dinner and the red stripes instantly made the room feel more festive. The paper is sturdy enough to hold up through the entire meal without tearing, which surprised me.
The stripes are so crisp and festive that my holiday table finally looks put-together without any real effort. I rolled it the full length and it stayed flat through the whole dinner, which is more than I can say for cloth runners I've fought with before.
