These birds are so charmingly detailed that I almost felt bad covering them with the plates. The die-cut edges give them a nice crisp finish on the table, and they set the whole Christmas mood for our dinner.
The die-cut birds are so crisp and detailed that they instantly dress up our plain white dishes, and the paper has a nice, sturdy weight that doesn't tear when I'm setting down plates. I've already used them for two holiday dinners and they still look fresh enough to save for another.
I was skeptical paper placemats would hold up for a whole Christmas dinner, but these stayed crisp and clean through gravy spills and everything. The songbird artwork is so pretty against my white plates, and cleanup was just tossing them in the recycling bin.
