The kids spent almost an hour coloring in the gingerbread houses before dinner even started, which kept them busy while I finished cooking. Elizabeth Foster's illustrations are genuinely charming, way better than the usual generic snowmen you see on holiday runners.

Bought this for our holiday table and the kids spent a solid hour coloring before dinner even started. The Gingerbread Story illustrations are genuinely cute, not the cheap clip-art look I was expecting. Wiped clean fine afterward too.
