Bought this for our holiday dinner and the kids actually stayed at the table past dessert, coloring the gingerbread scenes drawn by Elizabeth Foster. The kids spent almost an hour coloring in the gingerbread houses before dinner even started, which kept them busy while I finished cooking. Elizabeth Foster's illustrations are genuinely charming, way better than the usual generic snowmen you see on holiday runners.

Bought this for our holiday table and the kids spent a solid hour coloring before dinner even started. The Gingerbread Story illustrations are genuinely cute, not the cheap clip-art look I was expecting. Wiped clean fine afterward too.
