Magnifique torchon de cuisine anglais illustré d'images issues des archives Cavallini & Co. Fabriqué en coton 100 % naturel. Présenté dans un pochon en mousseline souvenir.
The cotton is thicker than I expected for a tea towel, so it actually dries dishes instead of just pushing water around. The vintage Christmas illustrations are charming enough that I hung it on the oven handle instead of hiding it in a drawer.
The muslin keepsake bag it comes in is such a nice touch, I'm actually reusing it for storing loose recipes. Drying glasses with it leaves zero lint behind, which was my main worry with a printed towel.
The cotton is thick and absorbent, not the flimsy stuff you usually get with printed towels. I've washed it a few times and the vintage tree artwork hasn't faded at all. The little muslin bag it came in is a nice touch too.
