This traditional red flocked ribbon captures the timeless spirit of the holiday season while adding a sophisticated touch to gifts, wreaths, garlands, tree trimmings and more.
The flocked finish gives it this soft velvety look that plain satin ribbon just doesn't have, and it held its shape perfectly on the wreath I made. Two spools covered all my garland and tree trimmings with plenty left over.
I wrapped about fifteen gifts with this and the 2.75 inch width is just right for a standard box—no bunching at the corners. The red is a deep, true red, not that orangey shade some ribbons have, and it holds a bow shape without sagging.
The flocked texture gives these ribbons a soft, velvet-like feel that makes even simple wrapping look expensive. I used it on a wreath and the deep red really pops against the greenery, holding its shape nicely without fraying.
