When setting your table for entertaining, don't forget the paper table runner! Roll a runner down the full length of your table or get creative and run shorter lengths across from person to person. The paper is thicker than I expected for a disposable runner, so it holds up fine even when the kids are reaching over for seconds. I cut ours into shorter crosswise strips for place settings and it looked way more festive than a plain tablecloth would have.
It does the job for a holiday table and the white stripe pattern looks crisp, but the roll seems shorter than I pictured for a standard six-foot table. Fine if you're just doing place settings across instead of the full length.
